Travel Dates: 

Depart USA on July 3rd and arrive in Accra early morning on July 4th

Leave Accra on a domestic flight to Tamale, Northern Ghana in the afternoon on July 4th

Ministry days in Tamale and its surroundings: July 5-10

Fly from Tamale to Accra on July 11th, spend a night in Accra

Depart for the USA early morning on July 12 and arrive in the USA on the same day(July 12)

Team will focus on the following:

• Door to door Gospel conversations

• Pastors Conferences

• Visit public and private schools to share the Gospel with students and teachers

• Visit Bible Clubs (mostly none-christian kids) to share the Gospel

Team Members Needed:

• 6 members total

• At least 1 member out of the 6 (a man) who is able to help lead/teach the pastors conferences

• The other 5 members and obviously everyone on the team MUST be able to live out 1 Peter 3:15.

Ministry & Travel Support Funds: Estimated $3,750* Per Participant

The above estimated cost covers the following: Plane tickets, Travel insurance, Background check, Pre-trip training resources, Required Yellow Fever vaccine to enter Ghana, on the ground ministry expenses (lodging, meals, ministry transportation, laundry, Ministry Translators stipend/appreciation  translators) and visa.

Instructions on where and how to submit the rest of your trip funds and due dates for funds and travel paperwork will be communicated to the team once you have registered and paid the $99 initial deposit that covers your travel insurance and pre-trip training resources. 

• You will be able to submit the rest of the funds needed for the trip, required travel paperwork and pre-trip training materials through the platforms (ABWE & Managed Missions) that will be shared with you after you have registered. 

• Team’s plane tickets will be purchased together through a travel agent. 

• Participants will be given guidance on when and how to submit their visa application to the Ghanaian Embassy in Washington DC. 

• Participants are responsible for scheduling their Yellow Fever Vaccine (estimated $460 per shot for a lifetime) appointment with a certified health facility in their area of residence or anywhere else in the country where it may be cheaper to get vaccinated

• Participants will receive a personal link to share on their social media platform(s), with friends, churches, family members and other organizations to fundraise for the trip. And donations made will go straight to their 2026 Ghana Trip Account. All donations to the account will be tax-deductible.
